Oculus Partners, LLC was formed in 2008 by Cynthia Hayes, CFA, CEBS.  Previously, Cynthia was a Managing Director with Merrill Lynch’s Retirement Group, and was responsible
for various business lines, along with key functional areas: business strategy, marketing, analytics and investments. 
She has been a recognized and accomplished leader in the financial services and retirement industries for over 30 years.

Cynthia has built a highly experienced team of investing and retirement business consultants from leading firms.  Each Oculus Senior Consultant has at least 15 years of experience in the financial services and retirement industries.

We help shape retirement public policy as founders, leaders, and active participants in industry trade organizations.  We routinely author and publish market research and are featured speakers at leading industry forums such as ICI, SPARK, ASPPA, LIMRA, RIIA, P&I, and BNA.
